Have you already taken part in a Climate Fresk workshop and feel ready to take the next step as a facilitator? 🌎

Please note: completing a full 3-hour Climate Fresk workshop is required before joining. If you haven’t done one yet, you can sign up for an online or in-person session here.

Overview

This facilitator training will give you everything you need to run Climate Fresk workshops on your own, whether in private or public settings. You’ll also become part of a vibrant community of 100.000+ Freskers!

This session is led by a volunteer trainer and is intended for volunteers. This training is not for those aiming to use Climate Fresk professionally as a paid service or at their workplace. If you’d like to become a professional facilitator, please register here.

Conscious contribution

Choose a ticket price that works for you. All contributions support the non-profit Climate Fresk association and its global activities.

What to expect

Before the session, please complete the MOOC (about 1.5 hours). You’ll receive the link once you register for the session.

During the training, we’ll cover:
  • Introduction to the workshop and the association
  • Simulation and practice of the card game
  • The facilitator role: tips and best practices
  • Resources to help you get started
  • The facilitator journey and community
Practical information

  • The training takes place online via Zoom—please ensure a stable internet connection.
  • You’ll need a computer with a mouse to access Mural, the virtual whiteboard (tablets and phones won’t work).
  • If you are not familiar with Mural, please watch this short tutorial.
  • The training lasts 3.5 hours, in English. Please make sure you can attend the full session and complete the MOOC beforehand.
  • Check the workshop time in your timezone.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes earlier and bring your favorite drinks and snacks! (we will take a break during the training)
