⚠️ This event is meant only for people who have already attended a Climate Fresk Workshop (in any language, online or in-person)! ⚠️

This training brings together up to 12 professionals from different sectors (employees, consultants, local authority staff, etc.). At the end of the course, participants will be able to run Climate Fresk workshops in a professional context, with their colleagues, staff or customers.

The training is facilitated by one instructor who is expert in the challenges of transformation and collective intelligence methods in business.

✏️ Course outline :
Unit 1:
- Presentation of the Climate Fresk: objectives, principles, user license, commercial and non-commercial use (30 minutes)
- Role-playing of the Climate Fresk reconstruction phase (phase 1) with focus on the facilitator's posture (120 minutes)
- Presentation of the objectives of the workshop and the role of the facilitator (60 minutes)

Unit 2 :
- Importance of the creativity phase in companies (30 minutes)
- How to initiate the discussion of the levers for action and the content of the debriefing (90 minutes) 
- Advice on deploying the Climate Fresk in an organization (30 minutes)
- Presentation of available tools to support the facilitators : facilitator's area, training manual, facilitation techniques, etc. (30 minutes)
- Discussion and closing (30 minutes)
