About this workshop
This is a free in-person Climate Fresk workshop providing the chance to participate in a collaborative learning experience, to explore the causes and consequences of climate change - no prior knowledge required.

The theme for this session is Aviation and Climate Change: Understanding the Science to Help Shape the Future.
Anybody is welcome, however we particularly encourage you to join if you have an interest in, or a connection to, the aviation industry.
In addition to exploring the drivers and mechanisms of climate science we will also encourage you to reflect on any tension you might feel between your relationship with aviation and your concern for its environmental impact. This may resonate if you are an aviation worker, someone who depends on flying to see family members, or someone otherwise interested in/connected to the industry.

We will offer a clear, evidence‑based overview of climate science, tailored for anyone connected to the aviation sector and delivered by industry insiders who understand this world. But it’s not just about data—it’s a safe, non‑critical space to acknowledge the conflict many of us feel and to realise you’re not alone.

Using the globally recognised Climate Fresk tool - experienced by more than two million people worldwide, including professionals across airlines, aerospace manufacturing and airports - you’ll build a grounded understanding of climate realities.
