Since 2001 I am a professional Trainer for international organizations with moderating my first consulting skills training and I love advancing and empowering people and orgs.

I have been guiding my clients through complex IT and business transformation processes from 1992, since 2003 as an independent management consultant and co-founder of the its-people group. In 2019, I founded ClimateHackerz to internationally support the maximum acceleration of the transformation to a climate-neutral circular economy with blueprints.

I share my experiences and lessons learned as an author in 9 books, keynotes, workshops and customer projects.

I've been tackling game-changing technologies since the beginning of my professional career, several years before they become mainstream.

In order to pass on my 3D fascination to young people, I ran the 3D Filmstudio AG at a larger local school on a voluntary basis.
