What is it?
This is a ‘Climate Fresk’ workshop. The Fresk (French for ‘collage’) is a 3 hour game that takes participants through:
- The fundamentals of climate change science, based on neutral and objective information, only presenting established scientific facts from IPCC reports.
- Discussions about managing climate-related emotions.
- Activities and tools for understanding sustainability solutions and taking effective climate action.
Why do it?
There’s a lot of conversation, reporting and media about climate change. Some of it well-meaning and some of it misleading. Taking action towards a sustainable future can feel daunting, overwhelming and pointless. This workshop is designed for anyone with an interest in the topic, to help demystify information regarding climate change, present science-based information and empower individuals to take action.
Who's it for?
If you're relatively new to the topic, this is the best 3 hours you can spend on it. If you're already advanced, you will discover a tool to raise awareness and empower others around you. For anyone in between, you’ll come away feeling enlightened and re-engaged to act. This workshop is suitable for anyone over the age of 14.
Over 1 million people have already taken part in this workshop around the world. Are you ready to join the movement?
