👉 What happens next?
⚠️ This event is exclusively for people who have already participated in a Climate Fresk workshop (in any language, online or in person). ⚠️
This training brings together up to 12 professionals from different sectors (employees, consultants, public administration staff, etc.).
By the end of the training, participants will be able to facilitate Climate Fresk workshops in a professional context with colleagues, employees or clients.
The training is led by a trainer who is an expert in organisational transformation and collective intelligence methods in companies.
✏️ Course content
Module 1
- Introduction to the Climate Fresk: objectives, principles, licence, commercial and non-commercial use (30 minutes)
- Role-play of the Climate Fresk reconstruction phase (Phase 1), with a focus on facilitation posture (120 minutes)
- Presentation of workshop objectives and the role of the facilitator (60 minutes)
Module 2
- The importance of the creativity phase in companies (30 minutes)
- Introduction to the discussion of action levers and how to structure the debriefing (90 minutes)
- Tips for implementing Climate Fresk within an organisation (30 minutes)
- Presentation of the resources available to facilitators: facilitator platform, training handbook, facilitation techniques, etc. (30 minutes)
- Exchange and closing (30 minutes)
